Poultry Production
Our 50,000-bird capacity poultry farm, located on a 30-acre facility at Apese in the Shai Osudoku District, represents a model of modern agribusiness efficiency. The farm is meticulously managed using advanced feeding systems to ensure healthy and productive flocks. Our poultry unit focuses primarily on layer birds for egg production, supplying both local and regional markets. With a fully functional two-ton-per-hour feed mill, we maintain strict control over feed quality a crucial factor in bird health and egg productivity. Our integrated operations ensure that every stage, from grain production to feed formulation and distribution, is internally managed to achieve consistency and superior results.
Looking ahead, we are expanding operations to include a broiler farm and hatchery, enabling us to meet Ghana’s growing demand for poultry meat while contributing to national protein sufficiency. Plans are also underway to automate egg collection and waste management systems, improving operational efficiency and environmental hygiene.
Feed Mill Operations
To support our livestock enterprise, Del Farms operates a two-ton-per-hour livestock feed mill, producing nutrient-rich, cost-effective feed for poultry and other livestock.This ensures consistency in quality, reduces operational costs, and promotes self-sufficiency within our farming system.
Beyond production, we empower communities through employment, contract farming, and agribusiness training, helping farmers grow sustainably and profitably.
